Sofia & Joey | Ancient Spanish Monastery Wedding

Joy and happiness filled the air on the morning of December 11, 2020, in North Miami, Florida. A bride, along with her bridesmaids, was getting ready in a hotel suite minutes away from where she would say I do, later in the day. Only a few doors down her groom was putting on his tux jacket and taking one last look in the mirror. The nerves and excitement radiated around each room as they gathered their things to walk to the car that would take them to their Ancient Spanish Monastery wedding.

As the ceremony drew closer and guests arrived, Joey was given a letter from his bride. He moved to a quiet place away from the crowd and sat down to read this letter. As he read the sentimental note from his soon-to-be wife, he broke down. The reality of this moment was upon him. It was finally time. Through postponements and rescheduling, this was the day he would finally get to marry his love.

Sofia & Joey began their marriage surrounded by all of their closest family and friends.

As the ceremony began and the violinist played, Sofia walked down the aisle with her parents on each side. As she slowly walked towards her almost-husband she truly looked like a princess at this Ancient Spanish Monastery Wedding.

Sofia & Joey began their marriage surrounded by all of their closest family and friends. They had wonderful conversations, ate delicious food, and danced the night away. As the night came to an end their loved ones gathered together to hold sparklers above the couple. Light and smoke filled the air as the couple ran through the veils of sparkles to their getaway car. A perfect ending to a perfect day.

Sofia & Joey, throughout this entire planning process, we have been constantly and consistently amazed by the amount of patience and generosity that you had towards us and the current situation of the world. You two have shown so much joy through all the hoops and different turns you’ve had thrown your way and you’ve come out the other side shining just as bright as the first time we met you at your Whispering Rose Ranch engagement session. We can’t think of two people that are a better fit for each other. We are so excited to see where life takes you both. And we know wherever you end up you’ll have one of the strongest and most loving support systems we have seen. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Prince!
